My background blends a Master’s in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from San Jose State University—allowing me to bridge the gap between user needs and business strategy. At IBM, I’ve contributed to multiple product teams by asking the right questions, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and driving solution-oriented research.

Outside of work, I enjoy tackling complex jigsaw puzzles, taking long walks with a good audiobook, and experimenting in the kitchen.
